Asst.2 Outline :

I am planning to explore the participant’s experience of identity construction in second Life environment through NVC (non verbal communication) and written format of interaction.

Such exploration would be conveyed through analysis of naturally occurring user interactions in few different communities in SL space. I will take frequent notes of my observations and compare self-experienced results to previous findings of social studies (e.g.  Antonijevic 2008, Bardzell & Odom 2008). I would also briefly mention the ethical issues faced by ethnographic study since it has a major role in conducting a vis-à-vis research.
