Second Life

It was a great adventurous virtual trip, which my 4 years old daughter joined me! I chose this photo as the first one, to represent my first impression of my trip. As I stepped into beach I experienced an amazing journey, which I didn't expect.

I was chasing elephants sounds which I saw them down near the river, there were a few. The biggest one on the right is African bush elephant and the smaller one is African forest elephant.

This part attracted me a lot. Particularly for my daughter. There was a beautiful transparent aquarium, many fishes and plants are kept and displayed.

These bears are a different breed. They eat plants, berries, roots, grass, nuts, and fishes. That's the reason I dared to close them.

I was standing far and watching these water birds, flamingos. They live in saline lake usually near the sea. the lake was covered with beautiful aquatic plant and purple lotus. I was wondering why they were making annoying sounds. I went closer and closer. What I saw was readily made me sad.

I was walking for a couple of minutes until I reached near the beach. As I put a step into the sea, my heart quailed. I felt down under the sea into a valley. Beauties and scares. A wooden ship has been sunk.

Wow, there a hidden beautiful world under the sea. These creatures, coral fishes were moving in a group, swooping, deforming and regrouping.

I was surrounded by different kinds of colorful fishes. I saw species of fishes and live plants. Such a contrast is fabulous.

This shallow depth of field was a bit scary. I stepped forward more and more to this mysterious place. It was getting dark and dark, I could not see any light at the top.

Quite wonderful! I said as I was admiring this scene. Time was passing and I was unaware immersing watching sunset. The day was going with the wind released.

It was late evening. My journey finished. A wonderful blue sky getting a bit darker. Up my head, glamorous stars twinkling. My daughter and I were singing, Twinkle, twinkle, little stars, how I wonder what you are. Up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky ...
