I went to Duchess Bar this week. There was no one there due to the time difference with the rest of the world. The first thing I noticed was the line on the floor implying that there was a body there before. Anyways...the place was not really exciting. I did not like the random objects here or there. It was like bunch of people just tried to make stuff they thought would be interesting.

 I wander around and found this girl standing in the middle of an unfinished building near the bar.During our conversation I figured she is the builder of this thing and is trying to build a bar herself. She said she can not see my AV and that I am completely invisible to her. Her statement was strange since I did not have such problem last time I logged in to SL. I did not ask her but I assume this land is free to build in, which explains the randomness of objects.

I then went to a landmark called "Jack The Ripper". The place is supposed to represent East London back in 1888 however I did not experience the mysterious feeling and a little spooky thing I was hoping for. I did not have a great experience this week. This shows I get more out of SL when I go there prepared with some information about landmarks.
